Become a Legislative Partner!

What is a Legislative Partner?

A CASA Legislative Partner is a powerful voice for ALL abused and neglected children:

• Someone who has been involved with a CASA program
• Someone who is interested in expanding their role as an advocate for children
• Someone who wants to be informed about how the state Legislature effects abused and neglected children
• Someone who wants to turn this information into a powerful voice for children at the state level

Last year over 85 legislative partners contacted lawmakers from their community to talk about the work that CASA volunteers for abused and neglected children.

Currently, there are several legislative districts without out a legislative partner. If you have a stories about your experience as a CASA volunteer, please consider bringing your voice for children to the State Legislature.
